Marcus Werren

Marcus Werren is a senior vice president of operations for Penske Logistics. In this role he has oversight of a large segment of the company’s dedicated contract carriage operations. Responsibilities encompass revenue growth, customer operations, pretax earnings, safety compliance and customer relations. As a member of the senior leadership team, Werren is also an executive sponsor for some of Penske’s top customers across various product offerings.

Before assuming his current role, he was vice president of DCC operations in the Southeast region. Werren, in his two-decades plus with Penske Logistics, has also spent time in varying roles that include general manager, senior operations manager, operations manager, logistics center supervisor and as an inventory control specialist.

Werren started his supply chain career as a transportation coordinator for RaceTrac Petroleum.

He earned a bachelor’s degree in political science from Georgia State University in Atlanta.
