Tracy Urbanski

Tracy Urbanski is senior vice president of operations for Penske Logistics. She leads the organization’s freight management product line in this newly created position. Her responsibilities include revenue growth, operations, pretax earnings and customer relations. As a member of the senior leadership team, Urbanski is the executive sponsor for some of the company’s top accounts across various product offerings.

Before ascending to her current role, she was vice president of sales. Urbanski has also worked in director enterprise accounts and enterprise account executive positions at Penske.

During her time at XPO Logistics (and Menlo Logistics prior to acquisition) she held a variety of jobs including: Director of solutions engineering; senior manager of solutions engineering; account manager and logistics engineer.

While at Penske, Urbanski was a two-time recipient of the company’s Winner Circle award for sales excellence. Supply and Demand Chain Executive magazine added her to their Top Women in Supply Chain listing.

Urbanski earned a bachelor’s degree in logistics management and marketing from Central Michigan University.
