What Is a Lead Logistics Partner or Lead Logistics Provider (LLP)?

Directing every aspect of a supply chain from transportation management to overseeing warehouse operations, an Lead Logistics Provider (LLP) oversees every detail on your behalf and assists in streamlining the processes of moving parts and products to create a lean and cost-effective operation. An LLP is your primary supply chain management provider. They will define processes and manage the acquisition and integration of logistics services, either through their own organization or via subcontractors.
